Happy Hump Day!
Last week, I road tripped to Georgia from Detroit to visit my brother at the Fort Benning Army Base. I made quite a few stops on the way and will post about the journey this week, but this post will focus on creating two army green outfits. The outfits are different styles, but use the same shoes and purse, so you can travel light. Both the outfits are also put together with mainly cost effective brands. The first outfit is a camo tank from F21 and a side low-high army green skirt from Charlotte Russe. Since the outfit is tight, the knot in the skirt really helps add texture and sculp the body nicely. The Frye Company shoes have a small wedge so they were extremely comfortable to walk around the base in. The bag is by Rag & Bone. The second outfit consists of a Charlotte Russe crop top and a midi skirt I bought in France. The skirt had hints of green in it to tie in the color of the crop top. Since the skirt isn’t too tight or short, the crop top works perfectly without revealing too much and kept me cool in the Georgia sun. The first photo is the National Infantry Museum and is worth visiting. The building is beautiful and the exhibits are amazing. The exhibits are laid out by each war/ time period and have ridiculous amounts of information to read and see. Love, Claire.
