Double the Holiday Style

Hello! I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season so far. This post is showcasing two different holiday styles that I have worn recently. The first look is a more formal ensemble with the main piece being a long black velvet dress that I found at a thrift store. I wore a plain black belt around it because it was a little too big in the waist. To keep the outfit formal, I choose gold and ruby accents. The necklace was borrowed and is vintage stands of rubies with a gold front closure (it was amazing!!!). I wore a ruby lip color and paired it with maroon ruby colored Burberry sunglasses. The clutch and shoes were basic black closet essentials. The second outfit is a more whimsical look for holiday festivities. The tights have santa on them (from Lord and Taylor)! The  sweater was red to accent the red from the santas. The sweater also added some more character to the look because it had cut out shoulders. I wore black thigh high boots, a black furry coat, dark Prada sunglasses, and a black Chanel bag. The necklace was a vintage Hermes pendant that I put on a leather cord.  Happy Holidays!:) Love, Claire. <John 3:16>
