Hello!! So last weekend I went to Chicago to wander, eat good food, and to visit the Terracotta Warrior exhibit at the Field Museum (post for the exhibit will be up tomorrow). I wanted to choose an outfit that was comfortable for walking and for the weather, which was on and off again rain. Since it was cooler than most summer days, I choose to wear a pair of Black House White Market jeans that I frayed the hems on to keep them trendy. The shirt is off the shoulder and a lighter denim. I followed the fall 2016 trend of denim on denim (aka the canadian tuxedo), but went a little further by adding denim sunglasses. The off the shoulder trend goes perfectly with ;layered necklaces to show case the decolletage. Since the outfit was monochromatic, the layered necklaces also add some character. The shoes are flats with a small wedge by Salvatore Ferragamo. The shoes were extremely comfortable and are a worthy investment piece. The bag is definitely going to be one of my fall favorites and matched the shoes because it was also black and gold.
